At G2 Esports, we want you to wear our colors with pride. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
